For the second CHOREOGRAPHY WITH KIRA workshop, we'll explore Female Movement & Floorwork.

This 2-hour intensive training starts with a focus on technique and movement, working on control, transitions and different elements of female movement and floorwork.

In the second part, we'll bring everything together through choreography and musicality, applying what we've worked on throughout the training.
